Care Instructions.

To maintain the quality of your handmade products, hand-washing in warm soapy water is recommended, however, the products are dishwasher safe.

Shipping.

We take great care in making sure that each item is packed as securely as possible. Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders within New Zealand (Sorry there is no pick-up option available at this time). There will be an additional charge for rural delivery items.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the regular delivery times are up to 3 business days. Due to covid, there may be some delays.

Currently, We do not ship any items outside of New Zealand.

Returns.

All pieces are wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive safely. In the very rare occurrence that an item arrives and is broken, please email me here within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the piece and the packaging. For breakages that occur in transport, a refund will be provided as most items are one-offs.
